2006 Manildra Viognier
Produced from one of the world’s rarest and most exotic grape varieties. The 2006 Viognier is classically aromatic with rich apricot and pear aromas. The palate displays ripe sweet stone fruit flavours and a lingering finish.
2005 Orange Mountain Chardonnay
The 2005 Orange Mountain Chardonnay was 50% fermented in American oak barriques and 50% in tank. This wine exhibits aromas of white peach, butterscotch and spice. Delicate integrated flavours of pear, stone fruits and cashew dominate the palate. This Chardonnay will continue to improve in bottle for the next 5-7 years with careful cellaring.
2005 Manildra Cabernet Sauvignon / Merlot
The 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon / Merlot blend displays aromas of blackcurrant and choc mint with earthy spices. Flavours of plum and blackberry jam integrate with spicy oak characters to deliver a dry lingering finish.
2005 Manildra Shiraz / Viognier
The 2005 Shiraz Viognier is intensely aromatic thanks to the addition of a small amount of Viognier. This wine has a lifted floral aroma of violets, red berry, liquorice and spice.
Rich fruit flavours of dark cherry, raspberry and earthy mulberry accompany the velvet tannin structure. This wine was matured in new and some aged French oak hogshead barrels for 12 months prior to final blending and bottling.
2004 Orange Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2004 Orange Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon displays leafy and fresh berry aromas. The palate has plum and bramble with lingering black currant and vanilla, derived from maturation in old oak hogshead barrels.
2004 Mountain Mud
The finest barrels of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot from the 2004 vintage were blended together to produce this awesome wine. Concentrated dusty, earthy flavours of plum and choc mint with a firm tannin structure and integrated oak.

This non alcoholic product is made from the extracted juice of unripe grapes hand picked from Orange and the Central Ranges district of NSW. The traditional use of deglazing the pan with Verjus leads to exciting reduction sauces for meats such as lamb, beef, venison and turkey. Reduced by 50% and drizzled over your favourite salad adds a zesty tang.
